I say time zone because I actually felt her story. She speaks so intense that as I listened I felt her. The first chapter literally broke me down to the point I had to stop. I sat and cried as if I was that child. I had to put aside and comeback and when I did I was again pulled into each moment. I have never in all my years felt this.
Viola Davis narration of her life was beautiful, this is a strong courageous woman who would stop anything to live then learn. A great great woman.

Wish I had and knew of all this before

This book has really helped me learned more of my new me. Having be diagnosed with breast cancer one year ago, would go yearly for my mammogram went in thinking ohh well here I go again to get my boobs squezed for my yearly test. Test came back positive on one breast, next I was told there was more, ending up having a DMX ending with radiation. This has been overwhelmingly dramatic for me not knowing how and why this happened. Reading this book i learned a lot and even things I wish I knew before. Today being cancer free I am thankful but more thankful for this book the news and reassurance to know I am not in this alone brings great relief. Ladies we are not to assume it wont happen to us but we can take care it doesnt and if you read this book you will learn. Pink Sisters we love you all. Thank you Dr. Kristi Funk

Im sorry this good the title brought me to it but the info was way to bland.
What do you think your next listen will be?
Definitely not anything from either.

I really don't think so, I will pass on that offer.

I made every effort to listen to most of the book but nothing and I mean nothing was said that would keep me interested in listening. I just gave up and called it quits. Im sorry and I even tried to return it but I see why not even audible wanted it back.

What was most disappointing about Ben Greenfield’s story?
The constant reference to website for more information.
How could the performance have been better?
I can't think of anything, I am totally shocked and I like Ben Greenfield but after think will think twice.
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Beyond Training?
all the referencing got to be very very annoying

I think we should have at least a 24 hr or even an 8hr return policy cause all it took for me was one chapter and I would have dropped it all.

A true lesson

Would you consider the audio edition of The End of Dieting to be better than the print version?
I can compare from the print but I truly plan on going to go buy it, that's how good the audio was. Listening was great and truly inspirational I need to read it now. A must have. Wake up Dr Fuhrman has given us truth.
What did you like best about this story?
All of it. I felt as he was talking straight to me as a father figure who truly cares and with guidance.
What does Joel Fuhrman and Chris Sorensen bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Feelings and that connection reading will not bring you feel his words. I did.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The epilogue when he said if I came this far in the book he knew I was ready for this change in my life. He has given me the tools and he cares enough to share this. I felt those words.
Any additional comments?
I want to thank him for taking the time to respond to a request I made on his page, he suggested this book, it was the best advice I ever had and I'm 58years. I have lived half my life looking for someone who understands my desperation to get out of this life, he made me feel he cared and I felt all his words. I am ready for this transformation have been doing it already some but I am more committed to it know.
