My second favorite book..did not read the reviews before I started reading.. I do not like war stories, so I'm glad I didn't.. This book had me from the very beginning.. couldn't stop reading. Here I sit with tears running down my face,so in love with this character and book that I cannot bear to put it down..I have to say that this is absolutely one of the best books I have ever read,and I have read many books..The narrative was so on point that I felt like I knew the characters,and she made them come alive..This book will be in my heart forever!!❤

Look grotto reading more of her books..The only thing I found fault with ,was the narrative of the male voices, did not seem to go with their descriptions..by the end of the book they seemed better !!

I started reading this book about a year ago and then put it down..was very slow reading for me and just couldn't get into it..I finally started rereading it about a week ago and after getting past the slow point,I couldn't put it down !! The characters got so intertwined into me I felt like I knew them..by the time I got to the ending I was sobbing so much,I felt drained..loved this book!!
