Fine but needs a printed version to go with it.

Only 4 hours is Torts
Revisado: 06-15-22
The other 7 hours are another book they tacked into the end to make you think you were buying a longer lecture series. The Torts part is fine, good narration of a short rules outline. The latter 2/3 seems useless if you're already in law school.

Historia
What is the meaning of life? It's a question every thoughtful person has pondered at one time or another. Indeed, it may be the biggest question of all-at once profound and universal, but also deeply personal. We want to understand the world in which we live, but we also want to understand how to make our own lives as meaningful as possible; to know not only why we're living, but that we're doing it with intention, purpose, and ethical commitment.

Thoughtful, Evenhanded, Precise, and Well Spoken
- De George en 03-12-14
Very nicely presented
Revisado: 01-28-21
This is clearly prepared and presented by an expert. Mr. Garfield seems to really love his subject, and he certainly knows it well. Although this series is nearly 19 hours long, each school of thought only gets a little bit of time so it's necessarily just a brief introduction and leaves me wanting more. If 19 hours feels brief and I want more, he did something right!

Historia
In Criminal Law, we examine the black letter rules of criminal law most commonly tested on the MBE and in law school. By combining a simple approach to legal learning with the innovative appeal of an audio study aid, Criminal Law provides you with a concise overview of the subject matter in a way that makes it easy to learn, understand, and memorize. Criminal Law also includes numerous hypothetical examples and analyses to help you apply the rules of law to analyze any given fact patterns.

Much too superficial, short but also repetitive
Revisado: 01-28-21
Not recommended. This is absurdly superficial and not well narrated. I have the feeling the voice actor doesn’t understand what he’s talking about, he’s just reading. Despite its brevity (each "chapter" is just a few minutes) there’s also lots of fluff. It would probably be 15% shorter if they had cut out all the “Lets discuss” “Let’s move on” “In this chapter we will…” “In this chapter we discussed…” “in the next section…”

Historia
Join Professor Horton for an accessible introduction from contract essentials, including offers, acceptances, counteroffers, and options and defenses, to contract enforcement, such as fraud, duress, and unconscionability. In lectures that demystify concepts and terms that can often seem intimidating to individuals outside of legal fields, you’ll better understand (and navigate) the contracts of everyday life.

Clears up a lot about contracts
- De Philo en 11-22-20
Solid review summary
Revisado: 09-24-20
These are not lectures, they're quick summaries, but I like this a lot better than the "AudioLearn - A Course Outline" audible books. This does a decent job of summarizing contracts for first-year law students, but do not expect to learn new concepts from this. It's just skimming and moves over things too quickly to be a primary source for anything. If you're studying for an exam, this is like an aural version of the outline you should have made for yourself already. If you know the material and you're only reviewing, this might be a good fit. That's the only way to get through all of contracts in 6 hours.
Subjectively, I don't really like the voice. It's youthful, thin, cheerful, conversational in tone, and doesn't have the weight or gravitas that law should in my opinion.
