I love it alot, and I listen to it daily i.e. in my car, while grocery shopping etc. The background music for me is a little too loud making it difficult to hear some of the affirmations, but Sam, the presenter, has a pleasant voice, and the book content is informative. I rate this audio book 5 stars across the board. Q
