This book was fantastic! The tone and humor was just as, if not better, then the film. The singing, the dancing, the action! Incredible.
Joe Hempel was amazing bringing this awesome story to life. So many times while listening I was breaking out into fits of laughter.
If you liked the film, you’ll love this audiobook.

History comes alive

This is a wonderfully written history of how some unscrupulous men started a war between the UK and the Zulu Nation.
The story is wonderfully written and really puts you in the middle of the action. The narration was expertly some. The multitude of characters were voiced very convincingly from the Lords, the aristocratic officers, working class soldiers, out the Zulu warriors.
Jonathan Waters has amazing skill and I will definitely listen to more of his work.

A very enjoyable listen

Stone of Matter is an epic tale of dark vs light and one young man's journey to becoming part of the battle. The storyline is very complex, so you have to pay attention, especially in the early stages of the book where all the plot elements are being introduced.
BL Barkey has a unique take on the sci-fi/fantasy/post-apocalyptic world and blends them together into a well-written story.
KC Johnston, as usual, expertly narrates the story with his smooth delivery and unique characterizations.

What an amazing story of loss, heartbreak, and pain and how one family goes through hell when their daughter goes missing. Everyone who was close to Chelsea suffers through all the years of doubt, pain, and misery not knowing what happened. Marnye Young was as amazing as ever, you can feel the characters pain and anguish as she tells their story.
Very highly recommended!

A Great Listen

An intriguing story about a social worker who gets herself involved in a murder mystery. The story is very well written, interesting and believable characters, and a great plot with just enough twists and turns to keep you guessing. The narration by Marnye Young is incredible, and she pulls you into the story so much, you'll be left wanting more when the book is finished.
A highly recommended listen. I look forward to more in this series.

An enjoyable tale

I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook. The tale was interesting and I enjoyed KC Johnston's narration. I believe Will handled the whole situation a lot better than I would have at his age! And he definitely finds girlfriends faster than I did at that age too!
Overall, an enjoyable book.
