This is my first listen by this author and it was pretty good. I usually don't do well with so many characters with voices throughout the story but this one was ok. Women scorned, women protecting loved ones and men cheating good grief, an emotional wreck some of you were.

The Real

What a great conversation with some sensitive nuggets. Many times we don't know what we need until it's spoken and when Shelah said something about Unruly and showing up "raggedy" my word not hers I felt a sense of peace thinking I'd love to walk in a room of women who look like me w/out a mask on. Without her looking at me from head to toe in judgement or with a smile. That is powerful!!!!

What a good listen, this was my second Original by Margo Hunt very good. Suspenseful and it had me guessing who done it when usually I have no trouble guessing

Wow what can I say, friends umm in name only? Married in name only? What happens when life take a turn from what you actually believed? This was such an intriguing story and the end blew me away

Great storyline, but....

I'm so torn with this listen, you know how it is when you read a synopsis then finish the book and you're like umm. That's how it was for me. I enjoyed the characters and the family history in Crucible, I even like the fact that the town name really is tied to the spell placed on the town. Now that's just how I see it and it might not be the authors intent. 😀

I absolutely enjoy the Glenmyre family then and now and the whims they have. Here where it gets tricky for me I needed more development to the story. More why. With that said I'm looking forward to Book 2 because the idea of the story give me the goose's.

What a great listen

I didn't want this to end at all the pace of the story was great and the suspense was just right. It's a shame when people can't take no for an answer and ego causes destruction. I loved the back story with the dogs and how taking your mind off your issues to help another yields BIG rewards.

This story of secrets and desperation was intriguing. Chapter to chapter I eagerly waited for what was next. You never know who you are laying down with. If you enjoy suspense hit play and get ready

Agendas as a Marketing Tool…Interesting

What a great idea for the club, thinking of the agenda as a marketing tool. Now I understand why our VPE shares the agenda during our meetings. It remains a share during our virtual meetings and I get it now.

Intrigue and possibilities

This story kept my teeth clenched and my boo-tay on the edge of my sit. I was loving the story then we got to chapter seven, where I was deflated at the twist, but it quickly redeemed. The thriller continued and yanked me back in after the shoot out in the park, but then we get to the end and my eyes bulged. This listen was so good it was filled with intrigue and suspense
To leave us with that cliffhanger pissed me off, but it takes nothing from this listen.
