An amazing audiobook on SIBO and gut health. I have myself had gut problems and therefore food issues since, well, forever. I have probably seen around 50 doctors in my life to get help with my problems. I can honestly say that I learned more listening to "Your SIBO Solution" than I did from all those doctors. I would highly recommend this book if you're ready to fix your gut once and for all. Thank you Cindy Stewart!

Since my gym has been closed since covid started, I have been looking for something of this sort. I recently bought some gym equipment for my house but needed instructions and inspiration to begin my journey. I love how every aspect is explained in detail in the book, a very holistic approach. I would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to start their fitness journey and really understand how it's done the right way.

Warren buffet said the stock market is a tool for transferring wealth from the impatient to the patient. I am paraphrasing here. He also said an investor that is a professional will never 20-30 stocks at one time. A professional investor is someone who can analyze the numbers of companies him or herself, and has an excellent understanding of what makes a company great beyond an intuitive feeling or regurgitated facts that the average person hears about companies.
For the non professional investor like me or you. Buffet recommends investing in an etf, or diversification among safe and well known performers. Your apples, microsofts, and etc.
This audiobook can be very helpful in that regard.
Buy it! Hold it! That simple.

To be honest, this whole covid situation has been rough on me. I have felt more lost than ever and doubted myself in ways I haven't before. I picked up this audiobook in hope to understand myself better and stop procrastination and I have to say that it has given me a lot of inspiration. The most interesting chapter for me was Chapter 8 - Working From Home. Since early spring I have been working from home, and it has been a struggle. Now I finally have some tools and knowledge and will be sharing this audiobook with my colleagues. I loved the book, and my life is definitely changing. I cant wait to see how different my life will be in a year.

I have needed a good stretching routine to add on to my workout for quite some time now. I have realized that cardio and strength is not at all enough for me to have a healthy body; to be frank, I should probably have started stretching much earlier. I loved chapter 4 about stretching routines and workouts—a great audiobook overall, with a whole lot of new and valuable information for me. Only wished I'd picked this up earlier.
