I waited for this book for months to come out and it did not disappoint! I absolutely loved everything about it. I did have to go back in some spots to make sure I was following the plot and all the characters… But I loved the ending and that was a surprise! Loved the story from start to finish… I listened to the book in one sitting - I just couldn’t put it down. I’m ready for her next novel.

Three couples, friends since high school, are looking forward to a weekend of drinking, reminiscing and flirting. When someone suggests swapping partners, it doesn’t seem like such a bad idea. The lights will be switched off, for privacy. It’s not really cheating if you don’t know who you were with, right? But when the lights come back on, one of the men is dead. No-one can agree who was in which bedroom with whom.

Confusing listen

The performance was good but I could not follow the story at all. I had to keep relistening to parts. There was just too much back-and-forth with different perspectives/stories. I understood the wives and the husbands and could follow that pretty well but the detectives story line was off. I wouldn’t recommend.

I listened to this book straight through. I loved it. It was hilarious!!! I really hope this becomes a series and more books are to come soon. It was so witty and funny. I loved the narrators and the tie in to everything so you could easily follow the characters through their stories. Also loved the ending though I won’t give anything away!

I absolutely love this book and am so glad I took a chance on it. Despite what other reviews said…I could follow the characters and things will start clicking together with all the “background” information that is giving in the beginning. This is definitely a book I will be listening to for a second or third time. Wow! Can’t wait for the authors next hit.

There was all this lead up in the book and then it just ended abruptly…I’m not sure if there is a second book but there was nothing to tie anything together at the end. It left me with too many unanswered questions.
