Drones are people who automatically buy a narrative that fits their pre determined political party’s ideology.
Conservative and liberal drones are equally worthless.
If you watch MSNBC and think it’s unbiased this is a book that will confirm your preset biases.
Seriously….. This book is so obviously story telling with lots of vague assertions with no evidence. It’s just as bad as the way conservative conspiracy theorists use the term “they” without being able to specifically define who “they” is.
Everyone has some biases, detecting a small amount of bias is normal.
But if you can read or listen to this audiobook for more than 5 minutes and not detect the very obvious left slanting bias,, you truly are a just a liberal drone, Which is fine if that’s what you choose to be, but don’t even pretend to be objective, you aren’t, you are a drone….

Too much fluff, filler, and victim mentality

I really had high hopes for this book. I really wanted this book to teach me to make strong young women. I build up young ladies who have been sexually abused through positive role modeling, Jiu Jitsu, and consistently reminding them of their high worth.
However this book started off listing a bunch of BS victim narrative statistics such as how women make 25% less then men doing the same job. If you believe this debunked malarkey it’s because you are lazy in your research or a college student.
This has been debunked numerous times when the hours worked have been accounted for- it’s a fact women as a whole work less hours, if someone doesn’t account for that, they just want to manipulate the data to claim they are a victim. Even the liberal New York Times ran an article on how women actually make slightly more per hour… Victim mentality is not the way to empowerment for anyone- anyway..moving on…
I have many hundreds of books and they certainly don’t all have the same point of view so I continued listening.
After trudging through the victim mentality I was REALLY hoping for some substance to build up young women…

Instead there was overly descriptive story about meeting the president and descriptions of the setting and the president’s tea cup…

People that get things done don’t have time for fluff and filler. My friend, it’s not a romance novel, please get to the point of what you are teaching.

I’m now listening to “No More Mean Girls” it’s much better, and tells stories but still gets to the point.
I’m sorry… but an instructional book should be just that… If the author is reading this- please make a summary of about 10-20% of the current book and people like me would probably be very happy to listen to actual lessons and teaching points.
Time is valuable friend we need to guard it carefully :)

Off the deep end theories

First off -I’m a Conservative Christian and a Creationist. Also a Prepper. You would think the author and I would get along great.
When BLM has vague theories about how “they” are out to abuse, suppress, and kill black people, their evidence is always lacking and thrown into a endless unprovable vague black hole of “they”,”white people”, “the government”, “the police”.

When I was young and inexperienced I fell for this same kind of nonsense.
The unfortunate thing is the inexperienced right wing does the exact same thing with their conspiracies… it’s absolutely no different.

Sometime listen to Don Shipley bust phoney Navy Seals… The phonies usually trick people who aren’t prior military because they talk a lingo that sounds right due to Hollywood. Real insiders spot phonies really quickly and can tell they are completely inexperienced.

For goodness sake, be self reliant, self supporting, and prepare but anytime someone uses a vague term like “they”, the government”, “the military”, “the illuminati” agree to only continue the conversation if the accuser can identify specifically who they are talking about and why they would have the power to do what they are accusing.
Just by going by that rule, you will eliminate over 99% of nonsense conversation and arguments

Sorry bro- hope your EMP book is good because I’m going to try it out after I return this book

Everytime I think I’m a libertarian I run into someone like this to remind me I’m definitely not.
If you don’t like this country and think we need no government, I will tell you the same thing I tell liberals-
the borders are wide open and no one is keeping you here, there is already a country with socialism, or no police, or another country whatever your failed theories have are dreaming up that sound so good in your minds eye…. Vote with your feet….Move….
That’s what I’m doing… and I’m returning the book…

Great raw look at drugs, but can’t talk politics

The good- fantastic look at the world of drugs, and the real lifestyle if you are rich and an addict. As a law Enforcement officer I don’t wish addiction on anyone, and this can be a very cautionary tale.

The bad- Author is a lawyer and knows what articulation is in every subject except politics. The majority of his claims having anything to do with politics are not backed up with anything… the claims sound very similar to the ramblings of a political drone who doesn’t really know the issues and always toes the party line…

Hunter acts like questioning the his wealth stream regardless of his “fear and loathing in Las Vegas” (his words) lifestyle is silly….
There is a reason most addicts live in poverty, most cannot keep a job, and after supporting their habit they don’t have anything left for the normal essentials…. It’s a very legitimate question to ask how a normal person could have money that keeps raining from the sky from a job that dumps money on your head endlessly to support a ridiculously expensive habit…. He talks about keeps him in motel rooms for weeks at a time….

If there is a job were I can stay in an unknown place for weeks at a time and still have money dumped on me hand over fist, let me know what that job is….

When I heard of the premise of a soldier who lives super minimalist and travels with no baggage into different adventures in which he uses his experience, I was very interested! I REALLY wanted to like this book series!… BUT….

Have you ever watched a movie about your job, and the number of blatant inaccuracies (stated as if they were fact) drove you up the wall? This author really needs to get some police officers to consult with and edit his work… But that’s just 15 years LEO, 8 years military, and defensive tactics instructor talking…

There are just way too many inaccuracies to name… This author’s view of police work is very, very Hollywood. The author’s Hollywood views are widely believed by the general public, which is probably why this book series is popular.

Just to start… The police burst in on Jack only because he was reported to be seen near a crime scene area… They burst in with shotguns and tell him to lay on the floor… Jack refuses, but extends his hands in front of him to be cuffed in front… and with no further confrontation, no use of force, the police give up, let Jack have his way, cuff him in front, and take him to the station… It describes the officers as well trained… But NO WELL TRAINED OFFICER WOULD EVER BE THIS STUPID! Especially on a murder suspect! Cuffing someone in front is almost worthless!

Does this sound like a small matter?? Imagine you were going to try to take a potentially rabid pitbull for a walk back to his kennel. Knowing this pit bull might attack you, would you put a collar around its neck or would you put the collar around it’s tail??? Cuffing someone in front would give you about as much control as a leash around a rabid pitbull’s tail…. Yes, It’s really that ridiculous…..

It keeps getting worse and worse… For one thing, police don’t hold you more than 24 hours without a prosecutor filing a warrant. Contrary to ridiculous Hollywood drama getting a warrant is no easy task to accomplish, it requires articulable probable cause, simply being a new person in the area comes no were close. Prosecutors are usually overworked with real crimes they don’t have time to waste filing on a lot of real cases with real evidence, a case with zero evidence? That’s TV crap… A week one rookie knows this. Yet they keep holding Jack… day after day just because the “fat chief” wants too…. No …. Just nooo… It doesn’t work that way at all.

The fat Chief comes in and spews at him that he is going to confess and then they are going to give him the death penalty… Again… Civilians who watch movies would easily believe this happens… Police officers would laugh at this ridiculous tactic to elicit a confession, a day one rookie would not be this ignorant.

The book describes how the military is full of well trained killers and in order to be able to arrest these well trained killers ‘the military policeman is trained better in unarmed combat, better in weapons’… This exactly is the type of crap that con artist martial arts instructors and firearms instructors try to pawn off on unsuspecting prey. I truly wonder if the author has been conned by such an “instructor” pawning such lies. ONLY someone who has not been on the inside of law enforcement would ever believe this very Hollywood Idea. I have worked with countless MPs who would laugh at such ridiculousness. MP Advanced Individual Training is significantly shorter than many states’ civilian Peace Officer Training.

While in the jail, this narrator spoke about how the police should have been pointing shotguns on Jack when he went to the bathroom due to the level of training MPs have… This is simply ridiculous fantasy… I am really nothing exceptional, yet I am regarded as having a lot of hand to hand knowledge among my peers (including the former MPs)… In reality I’m really a very small fish compared to someone who trains full time… If someone is known to be a professional fighter we go in numbers… That’s the way real life works…. The idea that all MPs are ninjas is something only outsiders would ever believe…

There are way more inaccuracies that I haven’t even named… I really looked forward to this entire book series… I couldn’t even get to the half way point of the first book… Bummer…

Unfortunately when I was young and inexperienced I was a conspiracy theorist…. Everyone loves conspiracy theories, and even now I wanted to see if Jesse had any conspiracies of actual value. As a veteran I want to say Jesse had honorable service and I highly respect his service... But Jesse went weird and has been far removed for a long time, he went into a different life path and now claims ridiculous out of his mind conspiracies... To get yourself tuned up a little bit on how con artists work- Do yourself a favor- watch Don Shipley bust fake Navy Seals on his channel! You will see that the B.S. both Jesse and Fake seals have no evidence and claim--"It's Classified, It's Classified, It's the government, you won't find evidence because it's Classified"..... Sound Familiar???? What is hilarious is Jesse was an Elite Navy Seal with T.S. Clearance and a Governor.... And he comes up with conspiracies about "they" or the "Elites"... If an elite warrior with T.S. Clearance and a Governor doesn't have access to this elusive "the government" conspiracy knowledge then you really have to consider the source of these ridiculous "the government" conspiracies... Talk to anyone with a T.S. Clearance and we all laugh at Jesse's ridiculous theories... As a law enforcement officer who teaches classes on con artist games - It is a well established fact that the easiest people to fool into a con game are those without first hand knowledge and experience.... Anyone who cannot EASILY tell his show is staged within 2 minutes is completely blind... Take a lesson from all these people fooled by these fake navy seals--- Its always easiest to fool people without the inside experience. Jesse's followers are the same types of people who are fooled by Bill Brockbrader …. The stories that Phony Navy Seals spew are more believable than the B.S. Conspiracies Jessie claims to 'investigate'. Jesse's followers are not people with T.S. clearance who are in the know.... His followers are people who don't have first hand insider knowledge... They are less intelligent than the people who are fooled by the phony Navy Seals...

Marc Summers really let me down on this one. I am a full time law enforcement officer, and Medic in the Army Reserves and I am a fan of his book "Declare war on yourself" Which is 95% of the reason I checked this book out. I had High hope that I may find something to add to my classes.

I teach classes involving interpersonal communication skills with people and I have plenty of experience in this area.

Marc Summers basically takes the approach that as long as you cause emotional events (good or bad) with women, along with "be a bad boy" and have confidence, you can have most of women. He thinks women cannot help who they fall in love with.

He sites an incident in a bar in which he takes the hand of a woman and says "come with me" and her being so impressed with this.

While confidence can go a long way, it is definitely not everything. It's an all too common a mistake to believe confidence is everything.

I am surrounded by extremely confident "bad boy" criminals all the time. While many people may fall for this crap, I don't and I don't respect people who fall for confidence alone. I can say with 100% certainty that the world contains tons of very confident idiots, fools, and disgusting filth bags.

Do some women fall for confident bad boys? No Doubt about it... but is it really a good idea to start a relationship under that façade?

Women who fall for these antics alone are DEFINITELY not marriage material. Having more than a decade of reading people, I can spot the women Marc talks about. I personally would not date any women who would fall for Marc's stupid nonsense, as these same women will likely fall for any guy who can demonstrate these same antics. Any woman who would fall for these antics will have a high likelihood of being taken away when your "bad boy" mysterious façade wears off and a new horny "bad boy" comes in and uses the same "bad boy" confident antics that worked when you did the same thing on her last time

Marc also warns to make sure you wash your @$$hole because some women he has met and taken home lick his @$$hole.... If taking some woman home and having her lick your @ss doesn't prove Marc and his women are whores, please tell me what the meaning of whore is.

If you are a male whore looking for a female whore this is your book. These tactics will work on whores.

If you would like a quality women you can be 100% real with in a long term relationship, this book is absolutely bad advice.

Author does all kinds mental gymnastics to justify 'we will do whatever it takes to survive!" If you are one of the idiots who call themselves a "prepper" and think that in shtf scenario doing "whatever it takes " which may include robbing, kidnapping, or murder and it's all fine because there are no rules....
I encourage all those "do whatever it takes to survive" people to please do humanity a favor.... jump off a cliff now...Real preppers prepare to become part of the solution ... real preppers are ready to put down the rabid dogs that think they can rob, kidnap, or murder....
