I look forward to reading a CS Harris novel every spring and I love Sebastian novels!
One of the reasons I even started this series was because of the narrator Divina Porter, who read all of the outlander books.
She is one of the top narrators in the business.
Imagine my disappointment when first listening to this book and found that there was a new narrator! bad enough.
But…..this narrator has ruined the novel for me. So disappointing!

Good read…outstanding narrator!

I look forward to Nora Roberts yearly stand alone book…this was wonderfully entertaining…intricate intense and imaginative.
The characters were worth getting to know…the story was riveting.
But…the best part was the narrator! As we all know, the reader makes or breaks an audiobook. This was my first experience 👂 neg to Will Damron, and I am searching for more novels that he has narrated. Sadly, the ones I have looked at don’t seem to have very good reviews! Too bad…this man is GOOD! Hope he gets picked up by other producers!,

I started this series years ago because I loved the narrator of the Outlander series.
Imagine my disappointment when I started this novel…only one a year…and the narrator was ….different and ineffective!
I am not alone ..note all reviews above.

Love the Will Trent series!

I am a fan of Karin Slaughter...especially her Will Trent series. This character is one of the most interesting of the genre...Lucas Davenport, Virgil Flowers, Jack Reacher etc. the Will/ Sara story is exquisite.
Slaughters books are violent and dark...but generally end on a hopeful note!
Good book...good narrator...as expected
Keep the Will story coming!

This novel was one of the most intriguing I have ever read. Jamie was the ideal hero and Claire his soul mate. The love story was captivating and the descriptive dialogue fantastic...I hated to finish it!

Yes...this was an intricate plot, so I could have missed something....the relationship between Will and Sarah was worth studying again...
Who was your favorite character and why?
Will of course....he has many layers. He is not the typical detective hero...no Lucas davenport...but I am really starting to like him...
What about Kathleen Early’s performance did you like?
Very good narration...she seems to get these characters
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes! But I had to stretch it out!

Absolutely..it is a great book...

Of course...it is when the dashing Luke and the beautiful Roxanne become lovers on the cruise ship...

Luke...the quintessential bad boy outside and the truly good inside

This book was one of those you just do not want to end. The love story of Luke and Roxanne is the timeless tale of the dark and dangerous..yet likable man and the strong, beautiful woman...doesn't get any better. The supporting characters and plot line were also well developed. I have read lots of Nora Roberts...this was the best.
