I’ve been listening to Sean’s podcast for a while now and finally downloaded this book. I love his voice and delivery of the chapters it’s super easy to listen to and has character to it (not monotonous). I was inspired immediately to start trying some of the sleep smarter power tips and the last two weeks since listening my sleep quantity has improved and the quality is awesome. I’ve been measuring my sleep with my FitBit so can actually see a significant difference in my sleep patterns, so awesome! I love all the scientific research and references to scientific studies. It’s awesome understanding why these things affect or improve our sleep and how it was discovered. I’d absolutely recommend this book and will be buying the paper copy to have on my shelf as a reference as well. Thanks Shawn, nicely done!!
