Enjoyable audio book by someone who evidently spent years in the field of speed reading and talks with great interest and more importantly logic about the art and science of speed reading. He has wonderful passages to test speed and talks in detail about listening for comprehension using the amazing ability of the brain to conceptualize.

This audiobook will help you to get you to the next level of conversation skill and I have found all these methods are very much effective and quite easy to follow. It provides effective confidence-building strategies that speakers can try when participating in a range of different social interactions. Very basic knowledge but outstanding real world practical use. I have read the best books in this topic and this one’s pretty simple in comparison. However, I find it unique, that's why I just kept listening. Things I’ve heard before wrapped in kind and genuine words to help those who are struggling to communicate everyday with people and strangers. If you are sometimes socially anxious, if you are overly conscious, if you are afraid of what other people might think, and if all that is hindering you to enjoy even simple social interactions, then this is the book that cares about all that. It’s the most compassionate book I ever read on the art of conversation.

It’s interesting that this particular audiobook reinforces the power of reframing the mind to win. It is great for personal development and training the mind to respond by assessing the situation and focusing on forwarding a greater cause. I think more than a communication book, this book has a deeper, more profound objective. Indeed, as Gerard Shaw had promised, communication is the best tool to forward your steps toward success. One of the best of this type of Audible or class on this topic I have found. This is useful for anyone who wants to learn how to better at conflict resolution and effective communication with others, be it their neighbor, spouse, and co-worker. I shared it with a few friends as well, who also enjoyed it. It tells the best way to be less critical and more objective in your conversations and especially during arguments.

This audible shares multiple learning techniques which have the potential to improve memory and focus. I liked the step-by-step guide to quickly cut your study time in half for mastering any skill and will try to implement the techniques soon. Overall, it contains well-researched and interesting information. I am a life-long learner and don’t miss any chance to put my hands on any new information. I found the Audible helpful, as it has the potential to expedite the learning process…

I have been practicing meditation for about six months and it has been a great experience. The instructor always referred to The audiobook is great and it offers an in-depth discussion on what mindful meditation is and how we benefit from it. I strongly recommend this audiobook to those interested or are already practicing mindful meditation.
