Please find a better narrator
Revisado: 12-12-24
I loved the story, and had looked forward to it after book one set it up so well, but then the narration started. Why on earth would you have an old lady with terrible pacing, voicing, and inflection narrate this wonderful story? It really took away from it. it was like listening to granny read a bedtime story. Not good. Not good at all. I forced my self to go on just to hear the story, but often found myself gritting my teeth, shaking my head and rolling my eyes at her!

That last narrator...
Revisado: 06-03-24
Good stories, as were all but the final narrator. While her sing-song cadence and vocal inflections would be quite engaging for a children's story, it comes soff as annoying and a bit condescending in an adult narrative. It did not match the adult content or the serious nature of the more intense scenes.

What stood out the most was the stopping, stuttering, repeating, and mispronounced words of the narration.

I loved the story! however, I want my money back for the narration. Especially after about an hour into the story. He doesn't even make it through three sentences before he stumbles, makes up, adds or misses a word, goes back and repeats and still some how messes up! I seriously want my money back. The narrator ruined the story for me. Someone should listen to these things before putting them up for sale!
