Although this volume felt more like a filler/catch up in the story, as there wasn't much major progression - it is setting up the landscape for further cultivation.

A nice way to learn further lore on the world, and put things into perspective.

An absolute Treeat of a story.

Treemendously riveting story, with a uniquely stationary main charactree. I was initially stumped how an author might make such a story intree-esting, but in the end this story treeuly grew on me. Such a hidden treeasure :).
I ended up binging the entire novel in a single sitting.

Another great volume of box shaped insanity

Absolutely loved this latest volume, had been eagerly awaiting this for months, binged the whole thing in one sitting, the story continues to unravel in an awesome direction.

The addition of more voice actors into the series makes the different characters even more unique, and the subtle sound effects really do make parts of this and other SBT productions the equivalent of a cinematic presentation piped directly into your mind.

If you haven't started this amazing series yet, or stopped at a precious volume - I envy you... for you have the opportunity to experience such a rich story and production from the beginning, what are you waiting for? :)

An Absolute Gem

Vulgar, Brutish, and Unabashedly Dense, a cocktail for the perfect orc barbarian.

Main character is a bit of a munchkin that I expect (were the stars to align) would wield a 'porch' as a weapon - if it were revealed that racial proficiencies exist, and weapons with 'orc' in the name are always deemed as 'proficient' XD.

Narrator does an amazing job giving each character a unique voice, and having impressive range. I found myself enjoying the scorn and disdain embedded in some of the status messages when read in the mindset of the main character, fits very well.

I took the chance after reading the other reviews and do not regret the decision, hoping to continue the journey with Loon when the sequel/s arrive.

A continuation of a masterpiece

As with all previous entries, I purchased the book, downloaded it, then listened to the whole thing in a single sitting - even during other taxes on my time.

The continued advances in adding sound effects and ambience to scenes brings the book to life perfectly. The vocal performance by the SBT team is amazing as always.

The only negative is: I'll have to wait for the next volume now! Curses!

Started this series a few days ago, and have binge listened to all 4 of the available books, love the whole thing so far.

The world, characters, and story continue to expand, evolve, and grow even further.
