Enjoyed and cared about the characters, the shorter story told in each book, and the overarching storyline. Fulfilled the promise from beginning to end.
Loved the performance which aligned with and enhanced the storytelling.

Enjoyed listening and reflecting.

Felt like a guide to review and reflect on my own practices. The tone of the content and performance are well matched. Wonderful company for walking the loop around my neighborhood which I now recognize as a practice of appreciation and connection.

Beautiful storytelling and narration
Revisado: 03-12-22
Like life, this story is a complex blend of themes and genres. It unfolds consistently, never stagnating or rushing, with great depth of truth and wisdom as Daunis solves multiple mysteries. Wonderful characters and conversations with the elders. Very grayscale. Intriguing and thoroughly satisfying.
I’m glad I listened to this book for a more immersive experience.

Like listening to a friend’s true story.
Revisado: 08-18-21
I’ve only listened to and told the true stories like this in personal conversations, usually early in a relationship when there’s enough trust to expose who you really are and how you got there. We feel and relate and reflect and learn much about ourselves as we learn about our friend. All that happened for me here. I loved Ashley’s voice as she spoke to me. I definitely recommend.
