I've already heard several of the other Winston books which makes this one boring. this is teenage romance explaining adulthood. but it's not really explaining adulthood it's just teenage angst. I already know what's going to happen in the end so this is super boring.
perhaps if this were marketed to the Judy blume era it would be lovely, especially because down the road we can find out what happens. I would love to know what happened to Margaret (JB reference), but I already know what happens to Billy and Scarlett. All in all, super boring if you know anything at all about the other books.
