Woke garbage
Revisado: 06-15-23
The 1st book was amazing, this book I couldn’t even finish, go woke go broke. Just non stop woke talking points. This book is cringe to the max. The star rating is a lie and misleading. Once you look at the actual individual ratings is nothing but low stars for a reason.

Historia
This is the story of Michael Talbot, his family, and his friends: a band of ordinary people trying to get by in extraordinary times. When disaster strikes, Mike, a self-proclaimed survivalist, does his best to ensure the safety and security of those he cares for. Book One of the Zombie Fallout Trilogy follows our lead character at his self-deprecating, sarcastic best. What he encounters along the way leads him down a long dark road, always skirting the edge of insanity.

The author has done 0 research
Revisado: 02-17-22
I can’t keep listening to this, you can tell over and over again within the 1st 6 chapters they have no idea about anything military or weapons. This guy is supposed to be a Marine but doesn’t act like it nor has anything a Marine would have or use. The author has him saying he has “clips” for his gun, calling an m16 full auto, it’s mags and m16 is 3 round burst, m4 is full auto. His weapon light can’t go 20 ft? Did this “survivalist” character duct tape a key chain light to his gun? Just inconsistency after inconsistency. If you know anything about survival or battle rattle this book will bug the hell out of you. Idk how this crap gets such high ratings with this many books.

Great satisfying ending that’s detailed, loved it. Most books end quickly with not much elaboration. This one covers all points.

Ending was upsetting
Revisado: 01-24-18
(Spoiler) the fact the main character was not that torn up about the worst possible scenario of missing her live sister by days was stupid and the ending playing off that unfulfilling. I would have much rather not bothered with this book if I knew what was to come.

Great story and readers, music ruined everything...
Revisado: 12-20-16
Loved the story, only issue I have is the author has a fetish for having girls hair cut like a boys and I hate that personally so negative one star. The multi voice cast sounded great. I almost couldn't keep listening to the book several times because in this book they play awful music over and over and it ruined the whole listening experience for me. I want to give everything full stars but every time the music started it reminded me that I couldn't wait to Finnish the book and give it a bad review just because of the music...
