I hate Dante Moretti. He is cold, calculating, and vicious. It’s no secret that he wiped out his former fiancée and her entire family on the eve of their wedding. He’s the kind of evil that makes even devils cry. But that’s not why I hate him.

This story was very well put together. The multiple voices.. nicely done. The story had twists from the very beginning. Not a dull moment.

Dislike-the reading of Laithan’s chapters were extremely robotic to the point where I just skipped past her chapters.

I loved all 3 books… characters were great.
I agree, different voices to define the characters.
I didn’t enjoy the way the book was read. It seemed to have one tone, up beat, even during sad or emotional moments and emphasis in the wrong areas. But I did enjoy the story and the description of the characters was also well put. Need book 4.

I astutely love the cartel stories. This narrator…..smh… I don’t care for. I agree with another reviewer. The original narrator. I could hear all of his words no problem and his voice just fit better with the stories.
I love the books tho.. I keep looking for the next book✨🩵✨🩵✨🩵
