I'm sorry, but this was just a no for me. Lucy is extremely cringy. Maybe I've lost the child-like appeal of wishes and magic, but it's WAY too whiny for me. I struggled to get through this. Save yourself the agony and skip the audio. It could be better digested when read though? Idk, it just fell seriously flat for me.

Although this story is entirely unrealistic and uses the same played out tropes: Rich 50 Shades millionaire comes in and saves the day. Hopeless, broke damsel in distress is swept away by his jaw-dropping good looks, wealth, and kindness. I still liked it! Lol (Don't judge me)
There is no real plot, it's pretty much a happy story through and through, but If you want some positivity and "why can't my life be like this?" moments then this is the book for you!
It's included in the new audible plus catalog, so if you have it check it out. If not, I wouldn't spend any money (or credits) on this one.

This story is sooo Hallmark! My favorite line is “You tread lightly through life, but you leave deep footprints that are hard for other people to fill.” 😩
I do feel like the story is completely unrealistic, but the hopeless romantic inside doesn’t care. Maybe one day I’ll be as forgiving as Sarah.
