Historia
The city of Celum is not much like Liscor at all. While Erin is surrounded by familiar, human faces, she’s far from home and without her inn. At the same time, a certain ill-tempered Lyonette is squatting in Erin’s inn, and Goblins are on the move. The Goblin Lord’s threat reaches across the entire region, and the Redfang tribe has rallied against him with the Floodplains tribe, although their Chieftains do not agree on some crucial matters. This winter, there is only snow, Goblins, magic, and iambic pentameter.

Story
Revisado: 01-16-25
Erin is a horrible character. She is self righteous and delusional. A typical spoiled child. Which is all I can assume the character is for. I could do without this Character in its entirety. She doesn't move the plot or story along. Unless it's to have people killed or suffer needlessly. The other characters are more grounded and believable. Especially giving the world and setting they are all thrust into or have lived in. At this point I. the series I have begun skipping ahead to see what happens to the other characters.

Historia
"No killing Goblins." So reads the sign outside of The Wandering Inn, a small building run by a young woman named Erin Solstice. She serves pasta with sausage, blue fruit juice, and dead acid flies on request. And she comes from another world. Ours. It's a bad day when Erin finds herself transported to a fantastical world and nearly gets eaten by a Dragon. She doesn't belong in a place where monster attacks are a fact of life, and where Humans are one species among many. But she must adapt to her new life. Or die.

Strange way to tell a story
Revisado: 01-04-25
The main character is problematic and foolish. The character has no development and remains in improved by the end of the story. The secondary Character is purposefully rude and arrogant. Again it has no development as well. While character flaws are fine those that have no introspection for change have no purpose. Lastly the book is not wry poorly. The story arc progresses but the characters do not. It also seems they cannot. Both characters are silly and one some cases overly empathetic to the detriment of those around them. They make decisions based solely on their emotional stat of being without regard to the consequences to themselves or others. I will purchase the second book in hopes the characters change.

A story about moving forward.
Revisado: 09-18-24
I expect war and major Character developments in the next book. This was a story about how this story proceeds and the foundation and direction of a serialized story. Good choice to write this.

Historia
Idris has neither aged nor slept since they remade him in the war. And one of humanity's heroes now scrapes by on a freelance salvage vessel, to avoid the attention of greater powers. After Earth was destroyed, mankind created a fighting elite to save their species, enhanced humans such as Idris. In the silence of space they could communicate, mind-to-mind, with the enemy. Then their alien aggressors, the Architects, simply disappeared - and Idris and his kind became obsolete. Now, 50 years later, Idris and his crew have discovered something strange abandoned in space.

Not the best
Revisado: 10-16-23
I am currently trying to finish. The characters are one dimensional modern tropes. There is no relating to them. The story seems to progress well. I just can't seem to buy into the characters. They seem shoe horned into the narrative instead of being part of it. Solace for example is supposed to be a soldier, but she doesn't act like a soldier. Just an opinion take it how you will.
