Most well researched of Jack Card’s terminal list series

I greatly enjoy Carr’s series. Exquisite descriptions, especially of weapons and weapons systems. Seems paradoxical but my mind gets lost in the story as I have a heavy heart with personal issues.
And, as a vet, I appreciate the real respect made to the service, although clearly written from experience and void of the fanboy written perspective.
Hope to meet Mr Carr some day and say thank you.
