A Great Foindation for Working with Others
Revisado: 10-20-19
I enjoyed this book quite a lot. It helped put into perspective how people respond to criticism and praise, and how that can be used to foster better interpersonal relationships. It seemed a bit long at times, and the age shows through with some of the anecdotes presented, but as the book progressed you realize people don't change much in their interactions. Because the information is quite dense, I would break the book into it's seperate parts when going through the material again, or using it as a reference and focus on individual chapters. All in all, I'm quite please with the content and how it's presented, verbose as it may be, because the lessons and subjects are worth their weight in gold.

Social Engineering: The Science of Human Hacking reveals the craftier side of the hacker's repertoire - why hack into something when you could just ask for access? Undetectable by firewalls and antivirus software, social engineering relies on human fault to gain access to sensitive spaces; in this book, renowned expert Christopher Hadnagy explains the most commonly used techniques that fool even the most robust security personnel and reveals how these techniques have been used in the past.
