Amazing teamwork!!

The narrators did an amazing job tackling this particular book. They did much better than the first book I heard them narrate so I’m so happy they finally got the comedy timing locked in. Not to mention the spicy scenes ( which there are plenty of.) This book has it all.. plot, plot twists (thank goodness), spicy spice, comedy, kick-ass FMC, and plenty of right hand hooks.

Jake and Bridget Bordeaux both give such amazing performances with their clear distinction of character voices that even without the chapter Titles of which character you're getting a POV from, you could tell by voices alone. And I love love love that ! They're a powerful duo! It's quite clear that they work together and it truly shows! The book itself is amazing which is what is expected from the "Twisted Sisters!" All of these factors combined and I'm now getting evil eyes at the gym for laughing out loud! Recommend a million times!

Loved, loved, loved the book! Amazing story that me had me laughing and longing for a highlander myself! There couldn't have been a better storyteller than Phil Gigante! His many accents (especially his brogue) sure made the book better!

Fantastic Book! But...

The book was well written. I loved the story itself, but the narrator really ruined the "seriousness" of not only the story, but cold deep voice of Ash. She said everything with an infliction at the end like it was a question mark instead of a statement. She made it hard to picture Asher Black as a sexy, cold, calculated person.

Kate Mulgrew is terrific! She really gets into character, making you feel like you're a part of the story! Nothing robotic sounding about her narration.
Absolutely LLLOVVVVEEEDDDD this book! Well written, with many nods to Stephen King's stories, as well as a few of Joe's himself! I've already recommended this book three times before I even finished!
