This is someone whose snatched pieces of the most basic info, complied it into a "book" that is in reality a money grab. There are no myths or stories. None. Each "chapter" is a 2-4 minute description of who a deity is. It's pathetic and a joke. As a Pagan who discovered my path 25 years ago, I'm insulted. it's not even a children's primer.

The parallels between 1920's US and 2025 US gives me goosebumps. Hate is thriving in the hearts of those who claim to know Jesus as their savior once again. Only this time, the evil has already been tried and convicted, yet chosen all the same.
It brings to mind an amazing Jewish woman's words:
"When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty." - Ruth Bader Ginsburg

it's a cliff hanger.

i hate cliff ending books that don't disclose when purchasing. While I've very much enjoyed the series, I feel like it's a cheap trick to end a book of a cliffhanger without letting readers know ahead of time. while I don't have it in me to downgrade the quality of the book or the voice acting, i won't be buying the final book and I won't be buying from this author any longer. Cheap tricks don't sell all readers.

In a day when close minded people use "for the sake of the children" as a weapon built of fear and hate, comes hope. Hope that one day, a Queen may save us all.
T.J. Kline gives us a breath of hope and love in this sequel to "The House in the Cerulean Sea".
Change can indeed be terrifying, but it is inevitable, for without it, we do not grow. I'm now deeply in love with this set of books and wish I could read them for the first time over and over again. Alas, I can't but I do look forward to reading his other books with the same joyous anticipation. I've found a new favorite author, a truly wonderful gift. Thank you, T.J. Klune!❤️🩷🧡💛💚💙🩵💜

this is the gentle heartwarming book it is advertised as. i wondered if i would like Linus in the beginning but I genuinely do. the children, the adults... all of the characters are so well fleshed out and ready to adore. I look forward to more books by this author. ❤️❤️❤️

the story is cute, but..

..the narrator on this one is obnoxious.
I've listened to every book in this story more than once in the past but decided to give this one a try and I regret it. He's over dramatic, in ways that remind me of guys that are trying way too hard. the storyline is cute though. I just wish I had read it instead of listening to it.

the narrator has one of the most annoying, lazy manners of speech I think I've ever heard. she sounds perpetually disgusted, and it completely killed the desire to listen attentively. the story might be fine, though it's not a new idea, but I can not continue to listen to the narrator.

Prince Harry

Prince Harry, I was so anxious to hear your story, and I have one conclusion. If I were your mother, I would be incredibly proud of you. I always enjoyed seeing images of you, just because you always appeared to have character. What you've viewed as "less than" I have always felt made you so much more than just royal. This book shows me that I was right.
Harry's story is a gracious and straightforward story that may have caused problems, but it is HIS story to tell. As much as I've loved reading stories of him growing up, i now regret my desire to hear more. I now wish he could have been spared the lack of privacy, the lack of safety, and sometimes the lack of truth, those paparazzi thrive on. I think we forget that when we pursue stories about those in the public eye, that we are taking something priceless from them. I do not generally read entertainment articles, but now I know I will not read them anymore. I have a right to the things they want to share, but that's where it ends.
His story is not always easy, but it is a look into who he is and the things that make him who he is. It's well done, beautifully detailed, and a delight. Of course, it's made even better with him narrating it. I highly recommend it.

this book is based loosely on the other "school" based stories, but it is absolutely horrible. all the main character does is think about sex or have sex. it's beyond dull, and I finally gave up. something I never do. do not buy this book. it is just plain bad.
