Historia
You’ve read the headlines, but you don’t know Jamie Lynn Spears. The world first met Jamie Lynn as a child star, when it was her job to perform, both on set and for the press. She spent years escaping into different characters—on All That, Zoey 101, and even in the role as Britney’s kid sister. But as she grew up, faced a teen pregnancy, raised her daughter on her own, pursued a career, and learned to stand on her own two feet, the real Jamie Lynn started to take center stage - a raw, blemished, and imperfect woman, standing in her own power.

Give It A Listen
Revisado: 10-30-22
I think anyone interested in the Britney Spears conservatorship should give this book a listen instead of immediately dismissing Jamie Lynn's thoughts and feelings. Were there times in the book where I felt Jamie Lynn's perception of herself and her fame was greater than reality? Yes, but I'm not the one walking in her shoes. There were parts of the story that bored me and I think it was just used for filler but there were also good parts too. I think people should refrain from persecuting her when those same people realized we did the same thing to Britney back in 2007.

I downloaded this as it was included with my membership just to shake things up and try something different. This was a great listen and I thought the narrator did a fantastic job. I really enjoyed all of the 80's nostalgia and the genuine friendship between the girls. Great book and I look forward to checking out more stories from this author.

It's Okay
Revisado: 10-07-21
This story is slightly immature and toxic. Definitely didn't like the fact that Jack attacked someone for kissing Kerri Ann after everything that transpired. Her reaction to it was disappointing and if it were real life I'd be telling my friend to drop him like a bad habit. I realize it's just a book and a way to have a nice escape from reality, however, I guess I'm just too far away from 22 now and think the whole "I'm gonna beat someone up for kissing my girl" thing to be stupid and immature. Other than that the story was a nice distraction but I've listened to better stories where the main female lead isn't so damn lame.

Silly Ending
Revisado: 08-23-21
This was one of those books that irritated me. There were parts of it I liked and parts that made me roll my eyes. It felt like it took forever for the story to progress to the ending...I get there needs to be drama to bring the two main characters together, but seriously? Y'all are best friends and love each other, but can't even communicate this to one another? There was too much back and forth for me and I thought the ending was silly and stupid. I barely paid attention to it, which was annoying since I got through the whole story hoping for a more interesting ending. I felt like we also deserved more of an ending for the woman he was going to marry. Not one of my favorites and likely won't listen to it again, but it was entertaining enough.

All Good Things...
Revisado: 07-23-21
I was excited to listen to Dirk's story after being so bored with Tanner and Timberlynn in the 3rd book. There was definitely a lot of drama and pain, but it was still a good story. I enjoyed how we got to watch Dirk develop and grow over the course of the series. Great book and worth the listen. It's the same male narrator as the first book, but he did a way better job narrating this story than the first one.

Historia
After her mother died in a car accident when she was only five, and her father was determined not to show any emotions toward his only daughter, Timberlynn longs for a normal family. What she hadn’t planned on was finding that family in Hamilton, Montana - thousands of miles away from everything she’s ever known in Atlanta, Georgia. She certainly didn’t plan on falling for Tanner Shaw, a handsome, charming, cowboy who swept her off her feet the moment he looked at her with eyes the color of the Montana sky.

Not My Favorite
Revisado: 07-19-21
I don't know if I would have liked this story more or even less if I had read it instead of listened. Joseph Discher was great and I have no complaints about him but Savannah's male voices were cringe worthy. I get that it's difficult for women to manipulate their voices to sound more masculine but her attempt sounded like a corny cartoon. Her slow pace made the story feel even slower than it already was. I still prefer the first two books over this one. Tanner was always a fun character to mention in the previous books but his story was just kinda meh. I'm hoping Dirk's story will be more interesting because he's definitely an intriguing character. I would still recommend getting this book if you purchased the previous two but I probably won't listen to this one again any time soon.

Have Patience
Revisado: 07-10-21
After purchasing this book I checked the reviews and saw a lot of negative ones in regards to the narration. I always take reviews with a grain of salt so I dived in anyway. Holy cow that first chapter was a rude awakening. I think the male narrator needed more work and guidance on his portrayal of Stella because at first he made her sound like Molly Weasley. Since I loved the second book in this series so much I decided to just push through it, it's not his fault if he can't manipulate his voice enough to sound feminine. I will say it was easier to listen to chapters narrated by the female though someone should have caught the fact that she kept calling Kaylee, Kylie which was annoying. It's a shame all of this could create such a distraction from the story because I enjoyed the story a lot! Now I'm going to relisten to the second book before I begin on the 3rd for Tanner's story. These are great stories that create a nice escape from reality. Looking forward to enjoying more of this author's books.

What could be more romantic than looking for love at a quaint family vineyard on the most romantic night of year? Well, just about anything as far as Eloisa is concerned. She’s a Valentine’s Day Grinch who thinks it’s the lamest, most clichéd holiday ever invented. But Eloisa is thrown for a loop when a sexy, self-described hopeless romantic shows up at the singles soiree and keeps her captivated.

Being confronted on the beach by a sexy stranger wasn't part of Natalie Conner's plans for a peaceful morning taking photos. And why on earth would he think she's taking pictures of him, anyway? Who is he? One thing’s for sure, he’s hot, and incredibly romantic, feeding Natalie’s wounded soul.

I can't.
Revisado: 07-01-21
This book is so bad that it's almost comical. I agree with all of the other negative reviews and since I share the same name as the main female character I was embarrassed for all Natalies out there. I hope the author has grown in her skills and now develops characters with less toxic traits. I couldn't keep listening because nothing about the story was interesting to me.

Give it a Chance
Revisado: 06-27-21
For everyone expecting the exact same story as Ready Player One....you're going to be disappointed just like all the others who left negative reviews of Ready Player Two. While I did not enjoy this story as much as it's predecessor, I still enjoyed the adventure. There is an entire section dedicated to John Hughes who created some of my favorite films. Definitely listen to the book and give it a real chance. I personally did not love the ending but I still enjoyed the ride that got me there.
