I bought a house, but used very little of what I learned from this book

There were a few good points I remembered in the book. Like buying the cheapest house on the street.
It helped me set up expectations for everything involved with closing costs.
In the end, I bought my first house and used almost nothing from this book. That’s a tell-tale sign the content here isn’t that useful.

This book makes my head swell with awesome ideas!

I originally thought this book was a summary of creative marketing techniques, but it's so much more. it's a treasure trove of ideas + step-by-step instructions on how to execute and follow up. I'm going to make a habit of rereading this book every year to keep up with the lessons I learned.
