Historia
We all know it. Demanding accountability in the workplace is the quickest way to get your employees to start fidgeting nervously and looking at the door. Traditional accountability methods leave leaders frustrated with limited, ineffective tools and leave employees feeling criticized, discouraged, and even disengaged. Using a foundation of neuroscience and human dynamics, Inspiring Accountability in the Workplace brings a much-needed modern approach to inspiring employee engagement, productivity, and results.

Great resource with tons of practical tips
Revisado: 01-09-20
There are so many great tips in this book! It’s well written with interesting citations, and the brain science support makes the models and advice understandable, relatable, and practical. I listen on my way to work and always learn something new to help start my workday with an empowered mindset to more effectively work with my team. I really like how accountability is discussed both from the proactive side (employee engagement) and the responsive side (having difficult accountability conversations). It's essentially two books in one!
I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to get better results from their team, specifically if looking for more positive and effective ways to “inspire” accountability and employee engagement.
