Great Book Perfect Timing

I just purchased my first investment property. I am so thankful that I read Profit First for Real Estate Investing. I now have a financial plan and direction before I even begin my new venture. The plan makes such good sense once it’s explained. I know it will prevent many mistakes along the way that I would have made. I am grateful for the perfect timing of this great book!
