This book provides a common language, framework, and examples to express the ideas that some of us intuitively understand but find difficult to explain to others. This will set your company on a successful path while fulfilling the purpose of all companies which is to create a fulfilling work environment for the people who invest a large part of their lives there. The things that are intrinsically motivating for people are the same things that make the organizations that those people work in successful. There is no tension between what is optimal for companies and optimal for people. We have evloved as a species to function optimally when certain conditions are met in out work environment.
