Will never look a leading the same!

I have the hardcopy of this book and read it through, and then I listened to the audio version of it. This book is absolutely amazing and I will never look at leading the same again God I thank you for trusting me with the gifts that you have given me, be able to impact and lead where you have planted me .Only CON I have in this audiobook is I did not like how the bonus was read. I do understand she was trying to connect with the listener as she was telling a story however, a lot of the pauses and the ummmm, and just general casual conversation, I could not gather.
Overall, this is an amazing book and audio. This was ALL MEAT for me I did not have to throw away anything and I have kept all the bones!
