This book is way more helpful than I thought it would be. I consider myself moderately educated on social media strategy and yet I am still learning from his book. I have learned tons of information about how to improve Social skills.

If you know nothing about real-estate I would use this as fundamental knowledge. Although this book alone will not give you mathematical formulas for calculating deals and return on investment it absolutely does teach the fundamentals and various opportunities and venues for investing in Real-Estate. So good I will be ordering a softcopy to add to the physical book collection.
