What an excellent Biblical book!! I loved learning the history and finding out all about Herod but also about Ana and Mary!!
I loved learning about the real Christmas and how all of the events came together!
I immediately got excited about the book when I heard the forward and Kathi Lee explained the occupation of Joseph and Jesus.
Oh, I learned so much from this book and I look forward to doing more studying of other parts of scripture!
I can’t wait for another book like this to come out from Kathi Lee on another character or area of the Bible! I will be the first in line to listen to it!!
One of the best books ever in my life of 46 years!!!

Amazing and inspiring Story

I was profoundly impacted by the stories in this book and how each character impacted something meaningful.
Such a beautiful Godly story in the midst of such tragedy and brutality.
How my heart breaks for those who went through that time period.
Lynn, thank you for sharing a beautiful story of how God can use people even in the midst of the worst thing I can imagine.

Can finally relate with someone

I really appreciate Lily having the courage to write this book.
I, too, was sexually abused for 11 years of my life, and this book really gave me encouragement on healing, and dealing with trauma that I experienced in my childhood.
So far this has been the best book I have ever found that explains what a child goes through, and what an adult goes through living with the history of sexual abuse.
Thank you for writing your story Lily. I’m going through all that you did to help others heal. I’m so happy how your life has turned out with your marriage and your daughter Amy. I know it’s been a long road, but it seems like it was completely worth every step of the journey.

Amazing & Inspiring

This book was amazing to listen to! I have watched the TLC show through all the years and even into the Counting On episodes. I was always interested in the way they believed, but could never put my finger on where they were getting their teaching from. I myself am a Christian saved by the blood of Jesus Christ and found this book as a true inspiration as Jinger shared her story and gave proof of the things she learned that were incorrect regarding Christianity and all that she learned when it came to what scripture actually says about Christ and the way we should live. Jinger you have inspired me so much to share with people the love of Christ, and gospel more than I do in my current day-to-day life. You are so candid and honest about your journey and I pray that many more will hear this book and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. My prayers will be with you and your family as you continue your journey, and Christ teaches you each day a little bit more about himself, and how he is the one and only infallible and omnipotent God. Blessings upon you for being so brave to tell your story!
