Historia
Feyre has undergone more trials than one human woman can carry in her heart. Though she’s now been granted the powers and lifespan of the High Fae, she is haunted by her time Under the Mountain and the terrible deeds she performed to save the lives of Tamlin and his people. As her marriage to Tamlin approaches, Feyre’s hollowness and nightmares consume her. She finds herself split into two different people: one who upholds her bargain with Rhysand, High Lord of the feared Night Court, and one who lives out her life in the Spring Court with Tamlin.

all around amazing!
I laughed, cried, gasped, kicked my feet, wanted to pull out my hair, wished I could fly, and so much more.
if you even remotely liked the first book, you MUST read this one. Feyre turned into such an amazing complex character that is unrecognizable to the girl in the beginning of book one i love her sm.
Also i think its worth mentioning that 99% of the characters are described to be absolutely stunning which makes it very fun to read lol.

A dazzling urban satire of modern human relations? An ironic, tragic insight into the demise of the nuclear family? Or the confused ramblings of a pissed thirty-something? The third installment in Bridget Jones' journey, Mad About the Boy, will be out in October 2013.

Im picky with narrators. This was perfection.

Cute, quirky and clean. I’ve never seen a Bridget Jones movie but I can see now why they were so wildly popular.

Historia
Meet Randi Burnett—she’s brilliant, she’s beautiful, and she works for the bride. Missing groom? Intoxicated in-laws? Crying ring-bearer? You name it, she wrangles it. Too bad her personal life isn’t thriving like her side gig as a bridesmaid for hire. Recently dumped, Randi throws herself into her biggest challenge yet when she’s hired as a maid of honor and pretend best friend for an ice queen bride. There’s just one problem—the best man is infuriating, overprotective, and anti-marriage.

I’d pass on this one
Revisado: 03-23-25
Too all over the place.
1. The female narrator bugged. I didn’t like her voice, sometimes too whiny, sometimes sounded on the verge of tears for no reason. Just didn’t like it!
2. Many cringeworthy lines, sayings. Sometimes felt really immature like a teenager wrote it.
3. Felt like a checklist of stereotypes had to be included

Aiden Valentine has a secret: he’s fallen out of love with love. And as the host of Baltimore’s romance hotline, that’s a bit of a problem. But when a young girl calls in to the station asking for dating advice for her mom, the interview goes viral, thrusting Aiden and Heartstrings into the limelight. Lucie Stone thought she was doing just fine. She has a good job; an incredible family; and a smart, slightly devious kid. But when all of Baltimore is suddenly scrutinizing her love life—or lack thereof—she begins to question if she’s as happy as she believed.

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book and I would definitely recommend, I felt like the narrators just had a few mess ups that took me out of the story but overall they did pretty good. I felt like one of the spicy scenes was super awkward but that could have been me not imagining it right or something. over all i liked the story and the self growth and discovery for the 2 main characters. and i think their love was very genuine and cute.

Revisado: 12-17-24
this book had me feeling all emotions and i listened to it in less than a day. i absolutely devoured it. I was scared, confused, upset, happy, everything like 30 minutes apart. also the ending makes so much sense but at the same time i can’t comprehend it and i feel as though i need to listen to the next book immediately. highly recommend!

Historia
Meet Ove. He’s a curmudgeon—the kind of man who points at people he dislikes as if they were burglars caught outside his bedroom window. He has staunch principles, strict routines, and a short fuse. But behind the cranky exterior there is a story and a sadness. So when one November morning a chatty young couple with two chatty young daughters move in next door and accidentally flatten Ove’s mailbox, it is the lead-in to a comical and heartwarming tale of unkempt cats, unexpected friendship, and the ancient art of backing up a U-Haul.
