I cant recall if I read the dam summary or not, regardless, I was hoping for some juicy government secrets (sshhhhh!)

This book did a great job on telling the story centered around a publication delivered to the Presidents over the decades, however it was more about the CIA than anything else.

No juicy secrets uncovered, just a history over the PDB's evolution.

Would I out right recommend this book to anyone? Hahaha...NO!

Are you a history buff and find anything about the guvment interesting? Well then, this book is right up your alley.

Although it was disappointing on the basis that this book was not what I was expecting, this should not discount the fact that the author did a good job showing the reader (or listener) on a very narrow subject matter such as the PDB, how it transformed throughout the years & how different personalities shaped the document even through criticism at the highest level of guvment (POTUS).

The Psychology of Trading

The author does a really good job of going into great detail the psychology of trading. Many of the principles and guidelines in this book can be applied to everyday life.

Anyone interested in trading I highly recommend this book.

Outstanding Book!

I highly recommend this book for anyone who is looking to improving their own skill set, or anyone who may have the slightest interaction with the sales team e.g. financial gurus or in some cases accounting. The principles offered in this book can be attributed to more than just sales.

Content Excellent, Narrator Eh!

the content is excellent and the material easy to understand, explained very well, however the narrator is annoying as fuck! guy sounds like he's straining his voice to make it sound deeper. just bc the subject is about men working out, building muscle, and losing fat doesnt mean you need to have a hard voice, much rather listen to a female narrator than this goof.

i am currently putting the authors theory to the test. as an ectomorph whos been lifting for over 14 years and tried much to build muscle i have decided through this book to go back to the basics. we will see what happens.

i definitely agree with the author about the supplement industry, but i gave up on them a lot quicker than most people do. common sense will prove most these supplements through experience are marketing spin.

considering his follow up book. really enjoyed this book thus far, however if there is an audio version and jeff justus is the narrator, im gonna settle for reading than listening. the constipated voice is worse than being down wind of a sewage factory.

Statistically an Eye Opener

Ann surprised me on how serious our country has a major double standard issue with regards to our justice system. When collective data is used to summarize a problem the reality sets in and you realize that it needs to be solved without delay, however it appears our elected political reps dont feel the same.

The only negative note I would add is Sheila Jackson Lee is a democratic rep from Texas, not California...an easy fix.
