I have heard many self-help speakers and listen to many books. I had also heard a lot about Stoicism which from day one impacted me more than anything else in the past. Now coming across this book was a pleasure and a blessing in itself. The author was able to concise centuries of such wonderful philosophies in one book where he makes it easy to see it through his eyes and understand the essence of what being a stoic is all about.

If you're a newbie like I was, this is a great book to listen to and gain a ton of knowledge on turning your stocks into cash. Learning the 8 criteria will help you understand the whole process better and know how to invest wisely. The process seems complicated but after listening to this audio, I feel like I understand the process from A-Z. If I can learn this, anyone can. You won't be sorry you took the time to listen, it will give you more confidence to know you're investing the right way. So many good tips, even people with experience can learn from this audiobook.

There are many studies out there that support the benefits of a Mediterranean diet, and this book does a good job breaking down the rules this diet requires. This book is good for beginners to the Mediterranean diet but should be noted that it will require great will power and planning to make sure you're able to stay on track. I think once you get used to the requirements, it probably gets easier, but it does sound like a lot of restrictions at first.

If you are in the beginning stage of creating passive income, this is a good guide to listen to. I learned some of the strategies previously from other places but they didn’t lay the information out in simple terms like this book. I will be implementing some other strategies thanks to this book!

I am a beginner who did not know anything about trading. This course is perfect for learning and making your first demo trade. The instructor is outstanding knowledgeable. His examples provide a clear understanding of the material. The test really evaluate where you need to go back and regroup.
