Historia
In The Return of the Gods, Cahn takes the listener on a journey from an ancient parable, the ancient inscriptions in Sumer, Assyria, and Babylonia that become the puzzle pieces behind what is taking place in our world to this day, specifically in America. The mystery involves the gods. Who are they? What are they? And is it possible that these beings, whose origins are from ancient times, are the unseen catalysts of modern culture?

So thankful for this book and its breaking down of the connection of our declining society to the gods of old. May the author continue to be blessed for sharing this message and bringing clarity to what is happening in the world as we continue to consult the one and only true God in all matters.

Solid Book!
Revisado: 09-16-23
Loved that Jeezy is reading his own book, it hits differently because it is his story! We have no idea how long it takes to become successful at a craft and what sacrifices need to be made to do so. This book gives only a glimpse into the life and journey of an accomplished artist and man! His ability to put into words his story and his evolution is commendable and priceless!

This Book Is A Must Read
Revisado: 06-01-23
Hearing Bola’s journey in her voice felt like I was having a getting to know you conversation with a new girlfriend. Her journey as an entrepreneur spoke so much to all she learned leading up to that point and how you do one thing is how you do everything. The level of success had in her businesses without her compromising herself or vision is so encouraging. I learned so much from the chapter where she shares about her mentors and how they have helped shift her business. I am taking away so many gems from this book to pivot as a woman and entrepreneur. Thank you Bola for telling your story because it needed to be told! I needed to hear it!

Historia
Growing up in the church, Kevin and Melissa Fredericks were taught endless rules and expectations around dating, sex, and marriage, but not a lot about what actually makes a relationship work. There were conversations that they didn’t know they needed to have, deep-rooted fears that affected how they communicated, and seasons of change that put their marriage to the test.

Queenie Jenkins is a 25-year-old Jamaican British woman living in London, straddling two cultures and slotting neatly into neither. She works at a national newspaper, where she’s constantly forced to compare herself to her white middle-class peers. After a messy breakup from her White long-term boyfriend, Queenie seeks comfort in all the wrong places...including several hazardous men who do a good job of occupying brain space and a bad job of affirming self-worth.

It is a beautifully written book!! Every Black Women Needs to read this... When I tell you I identified so closely with this story it was surreal! There was a time in my life when I felt exactly how she felt! This book is such a blessing!! We need to have more open conversations about the mental health of black women! Therapy was one of the most transformative things I have done for my personal wellbeing in my life!!
