I felt like this book was written specifically for me; I felt SEEN. Every chapter I read made me exclaim “yes, that’s me!”
I can have a difficult time tackling and prioritizing my seemingly never-ending list of things to do and tend to get overwhelmed. This guide gave me so many EASY and FUN ways to overcome this hurdle and I can’t wait to start implementing some of the methods ASAP.
Not only did the book help me with prioritization, but it really spoke to me regarding my emotions (ie. Social anxiety, negativity, etc). Some of the examples used could’ve literally been taken from my own personal life experiences, which made it all the more relatable.
I don’t want to say or give away anymore bc I want to make sure to give others the opportunity to make their own judgement but I will say this: you will not be disappointed by this guide! I highly recommend this as a must-read for anyone struggling with time management, social anxiety, clutter, etc. Even if you personally don’t have these issues but someone in your life does, this book is a great gateway to understanding where that person is coming from and perhaps give you ideas on how to deal.
