A new series that hits the ground running. The Oronis Knights were introduced in the Eon Warriors series and her fans have been looking forward to their stories. This one starts fast and keeps up the pace to the end. The characters are smart and tough (and really sexy), and the locations sound amazing and sometimes scary. Stella Bloom and Aaron Shedlock do an awesome job of bringing the characters to life with individual accents, tones and cadences to each characters that let me recognize each one immediately. If you enjoy syfy romance tales this is one to read, and if you'er a fan of the Eon Warriors series, there's the bonus of seeing some of the characters from that series here. Enjoy!

Filling in the gaps

I have to say, I will be sorry to see this series end. 'Survivors' is the second to the last book in the Hell Squad series and it is a must read. Not only because of the stories, which are great, but these tales are a integral part of the story line, This is a group of three novellas that introduce the reader to other parts of the world of the Gizzida apocalypse and are tied directly to the final book. I love the characters in each of the tales - all showing the grit and intelligence that all of Ms. Hackett's characters exhibit and the action that you come to expect in her books

Best Series Ending

One of the best series endings ever.
Anna Hackett's Hell Squad series if one of my all time favorite series. I love her world building. She adds a few more details with each book , much like adding color to the page to bring the reader into the world. Her characters have flaws that the reader can identify with- strong characters that use their flaws to the betterment of others. Tane is the final book in the 20 volume series bring a close to the overall plot and telling the story of the final two characters, Tane and Selena, a mercenary who's lost way too much and an abducted alien, far from home fighting to save her new world. This whole series is on my 'must ready list and will appeal to lovers of action, romance, and adventure. Enjoy!

Another exciting installment of the Norcross Security series. Rome and Sophia are wonderful characters with past baggage in hand and a couple of surprises up their sleeves. I'm a huge fan of female characters that are strong mentally and physically, Princess Sophia has both in spades. Stella Bloom and Teddy Hamilton do a great job of making the characters come to life. Enjoy!

This one is a seriously fun book with great narration. Action, humor, time travel, and women who can kick a$$ and take names! I enjoyed it from start to finish and I am definitely looking forward to a second book with the same ladies. Enjoy!

Return to the Carthago universe

Lovers of the Galactic Gladiator/House of Rone series will be happy to come back to their universe. This new series starts with Rhain Zhalto Sarkany, who we met in Weapon's Master (final book from house of Rone) and it doesn't disappoint. Mal (our lost human) and Rhain are great together, with plenty of chemistry. Great performances by Vivienne Leheny and Stephen Dexter. Love the action, the interplay between characters, and the new worlds that is coming to life. Can not wait for the next book to get here. Enjoy!

This is an absolutely wonderful series. This box set contains the first three in an expanding series that will keep the pages turning. Each book focuses on two characters while building the picture of a world that has been invaded and the fight to oust the invaders.I love the duel narration by Jeffrey Kafer and Samantha Cook who bring these characters to life
If you love post apocalyptic action with strong heroes ,women who are equally tough and really nasty aliens this is for you!

Two novellas from the world of the House of Rone

Guard is a treat for fans of the House of Rone series. In it are Dark Guard (originally published in the 2019 Pets in Space Anthology) the story of Calla and Zaden whose story was introduced in book 3 of the series. Next is a short that tells the back story of Magnus and how the House of Rone came to be. And last is Cyborg Guard, a brand new story about cyborg Seren and gladiator Xias. All three have all the action and steam as Ms. Hackett's other tales and make a great addition to the series. Enjoy!

Geeks are tough too

Brooks has always been my favorite of Team 52 (or maybe I just covet his t-shirt collection) so I was eagerly waiting for this book. I am not disappointed. Brooks and Cali are a great match balancing each other to make a great team. Both are also taken out of their comfort range and find they can do more, be more, than they thought. All in all, a great read. Enjoy!
