Historia
When Lady Saren defies her father’s command to marry the vicious Lord Khasar, she is sealed in a tower with only her serving maid, Dashti, for company. In their cramped, dark space Dashti pours her thoughts into a daily journal while pitiless solitude engulfs them. At first the girl is optimistic: they have food aplenty, candles for light, and even a visit from Lady Saren’s true love, Khan Tegus - though he can only call to them from outside their walls. But their circumstances soon grow desperate.

Gave me nightmares
Revisado: 12-14-22
The narration was amazing, but this book honestly gave me nightmares.
**SPOILER ALERT**
The poor innocent cat dies because a wolf ate it. A horror story that only watchers of true-crime should probably even consider starting.

So much awareness about neurological diversity.
Even as a teenager, my daughter really enjoyed this! She listened to this audiobook x3.
I would suggest this as a gift for any children/teens in your life :)

Historia
After her parents' divorce, Bea's life became different in many ways. But she can always look back at the list she keeps in her green notebook to remember the things that will stay the same. The first and most important: Mom and Dad will always love Bea, and each other. When Dad tells Bea that he and his boyfriend, Jesse, are getting married, Bea is thrilled. Bea loves Jesse, and when he and Dad get married, she'll finally (finally!) have what she's always wanted - a sister. Even though she's never met Jesse's daughter, Sonia, Bea is sure that they'll be "just like sisters anywhere."

Great story - okay narration
Revisado: 10-21-22
The narrator was a little distracting. Didn’t add that much to the story, but I can safely say it was worth my 1 credit. I love this story and this was a great book to drive along to.

Historia
Golden Globe nominee Scarlett Johansson ( Lost in Translation, Girl with a Pearl Earring) brings a palpable sense of joy and exuberance to her performance of Lewis Carroll's enduring classic Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. The young and imaginative Alice grows weary of her storybook, one "without pictures or conversations", and follows a hasty hare underground - to come face to face with a host of strange and fantastic characters.

Narrator was decent - storyline amazing as always
Revisado: 10-21-22
This book has always held a special place in my heart. A favorite childhood read, I decided to try out this audiobook for my 3 hour drive to Florida since it was in the Plus Catalog. While the narrator wasn’t amazing, she was definitely very good and I enjoyed her narration of this timeless classic.

Walk Two Moons - GIVING 5+ STARS
Revisado: 10-21-22
Honestly, if I could give this more than 5 stars I would not hesitate to. This book was a lot of things - heartbreaking, heartwarming, and just beautiful. I thank Sharon Creech for her beautiful work on this novel. You will open this book expecting just a nice read, and at the end you will close it as a different person. If you are wondering whether or not to buy it, I am here and I am giving you the confirmation to do so. It is 1 credit, but this piece of art holds way more value than just that.

Historia
Can a person just decide to give up feeling scared? It’s 1933, and Dahlia Harrell lives in the Blue Ridge Mountains in a hand-me-down cabin built by her Grandpap’s Uncle Zeke. At eight-and-three-quarters, Dahlia knows all about being scared. She’s scared of snakes, high-up places, dark nights, and a mean ol’ sister named Celia. What she doesn’t understand is the new president’s nonsense: "The only thing we have to fear is fear itself."

Heartfelt and beautiful
Revisado: 10-21-22
I love this story! It is so sweet, and Susan Koehler did great - in her narration and the writing of the book. I would love a sequel, but I would be perfectly fine just re-reading and listening to this audiobook again and again.
The characters were very real - it felt like I knew Dahlia and her family. That’s the thing about good books; it’s like a movie but better.
Thank you Susan Koehler for your wonderful novel, and keep writing!
