Historia
Author, airline captain, and popular blogger Eric Auxier brings Alaska bush flying to life in his second novel, The Last Bush Pilots. Exhilarating flying, tall tales, and larger-than-life characters abound in a wild land that truly is America's Last Frontier. Two young pilots, Daniel "D.C." Alva and Allen David Foley, take on the world's most dangerous flying: the Alaska bush. But Mother Nature - and a sexy Native Alaskan - stand in their way.

Wrong narrator and mediocre story
Revisado: 12-04-21
This was completely the wrong narrator for this book. Made everyone sound either cartoonish or 80 years old. It also wasn’t about bush pilots. The story is a pretty boring teenage love drama with aviation merely a background to the story. Wouldn’t recommend unless you are looking for a cheesy drama.

Historia
How do you improve on the best guide for pilots to learn how to fly in all kinds of weather? The answer is the fifth edition of Weather Flying. Regarded as the bible of weather flying, this aviation classic not only continues to make complex weather concepts understandable for even the least experienced of flyers, but has now been updated to cover new advances in technology. At the same time, this respected text still retains many of its original insights from over four decades of publication, provided by renowned weather flying veteran Robert N. Buck.

It’s NOT PIT-IT… it’s PEET-OH!
Revisado: 07-13-21
I hate it when audiobook producers can’t even take 5 minutes to find out how certain words are pronounced. Especially when it’s an important word repeated several times throughout the book
and a word that the target audience of the book is going to know you’re saying wrong! “Pitot” was the primary example in the book but there were others. Please take a little more time and due diligence when producing audio content!

Needs a new title
Revisado: 06-15-21
The 195 was a supporting character at best in this book. Most of the stories the author mentions have nothing to do with the Cessna 195. They’re great stories of his career and experiences, but why title the book this when only about 25% of the book is actually about the Cessna 195?

Historia
In this “vital, necessary, and beautiful book” (Michael Eric Dyson), antiracist educator Robin DiAngelo deftly illuminates the phenomenon of white fragility and “allows us to understand racism as a practice not restricted to 'bad people'" (Claudia Rankine). Referring to the defensive moves white people make when challenged racially, white fragility is characterized by emotions such as anger, fear, and guilt and by behaviors including argumentation and silence. These behaviors, in turn, function to reinstate white racial equilibrium and prevent meaningful cross-racial dialogue.

Great content. Horrible narration.
Revisado: 06-18-20
This is a great, eye-opening book. But it sounds like it’s being read to you by Siri.... or Alexa. Seriously the worst. Wish the author would have narrated it.

Very Loooooong. Too long.
Revisado: 08-22-19
This is too long and drawn out. Very slow paced and the performance does not help. So monotone that it’s easy to simply ignore the recording and dismiss it as white noise or fall asleep to it.
