hard to follow

having a narrator who pronounces names and places different than the previous 20+ books is really bad form, it took 2 books before I realized some of the place names she was taking about. the flame throwers the queen riders use has a chemical that has been talked about in many of the books, this narrator pronounced it completely different almost to the point of of me wondering if they had come up with a different chemical.
traveling through time to so many different places confused me to the point of having to go back and listen to chapters over because I thought I had skipped 1 or 2. it's sad that after so many books written by Anne, that Todd comes in and screws things up.
and I'm only going to mention this one time, but the bed swapping was ridiculous!

Read by a robot

The narrator sounded like a robot when she did certain characters, it almost made the book impossible to finish. And once again Reacher is EVERYWHERE!
I thought their task was to finish a file on him for an important position? If this is the case, why do the 2 FBI agents has to keep things under the radar? It is such a secret squirrel mission that other FBI agents can't know what they're doing, can't even access FBI files for more information, it's just Too unbelievable.
And did I mention that Jack Reacher is supposedly EVERYWHERE?
