Absolutely binged this while I cleaned house from top to bottom! Thank you Addison Barnes and Gideon Frost for wonderful depiction of a variety of accents and personalities.
Mila Kane builds Mallory an Kirill's story to challenged climax, and the twists of their trusted/not so trusted friend's back stories open the potential for future spin off novels. This book was a little more tame than the first, but thanks for bringing the true-life element that when there's pregnancy and kids, the sex life dwindles Lol

A delectably spicy dark romance

In the safe space of imagination and fantasy, the obsessed, aggressive, and possessive lover/captor of an equally obsessed, and self-possessed heroine that Mila Kane brings to the story are wonderfully developed. She draws you in with interesting main and minor characters and backstories. She weaves a heartwarming but deliciously sensual tale of reunited young love, with a thrilling sequence of events to fret over.
I immediately purchased the 2nd part after the chilling cliffhanger ending!
The narrators did an incredible job of bringing the characters to vivid reality, wonderful portrayals.
