A book that ACTUALLY makes sense of mindfulness and how it can be used to relieve anxiety and panic. Found it very easy to understand, great narrator and very good value for money. A happy (and less stressed!) customer!

Always struggled with getting all my stuff done every week - tended to go for the easy tasks and forget about important stuff but this book helped me understand why I do this and how to finally overcome this.
