This book provided ne a way to thibk about to create a day-to-day life filled with intention.

and while it's somewhat fantastical and hard to believe the outcomes that come as a result of something as simple as writing a daily script it's hard not to agree with the practice of setting yourself up to have a great day everyday.

I've used this formula to help build a better day and mindset and intend to do so for years

you're struggling to figure out how to make everyday count, I suggest you listen to this book.

the advice provided in this audiobook is pretty simple - exercise everyday, don't eat crap, get enough sleep and have a social life.

and while this seems pretty straightforward, most of us ignore one of these four things.

the combination of a practitioner and MD's help us understand both the science and the practice of these four items.

everybody in their 40s 50s 60s and 70s should probably read this book right now.
