To summarize it all, if you want a healthy, long, energetic, and disease-free life, you need to start fasting. The earlier you try this, the better off you are going to be. In today’s world, if you go against convention, you can almost guarantee health and longevity. It is the opposite of how it should be. Doctors are supposed to help us get better and not make us drug-addicted health disasters. Health starts with trusting the body to do its job of healing and repairing. You must let go of your regular diet to let the body rest and get better.

Very informative! I am following what I learned in this audible and it is working well! I’ve lost 3 inches from my waist and 5 inches from my hips in 3 months. And I don’t feel deprived at all. This is the healthiest I have felt in a long time. I am so glad I learned about fasting!
