Will Smith has always amazed me with at he has accomplished in his life. When this book came out I saw it and said, “I gotta have it!” But I almost freaked when I saw how many hours it was! Now I’m bummed it’s over! I want more! To be honest I’m disappointed he never mentioned once his Scientology connection but that is my only disappointment. He lets you in on every other aspect of his life! This book is flat out AWESOME! I couldn’t stop listening! I stopped listening to music and put this on any chance I could! I laughed, I cried, I just went on an exhilarating ride with an unbelievable man! I’m jealous of his life but he earned everything he has. He teaches you his secrets and let’s you behind the curtain. You will LOVE this audio book! Reading it just wouldn’t do it Justice! Will’s reading of his book is as good as any of his movies! I want to tell everybody I see to go out and get this audio book! It’s THAT GOOD! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did! There’s not a doubt in my mind you Will! If you are a fan of Will Smith you WILL!

I was crippled for ten years. I learned to put things off that weren't priorities. That became a habit. I needed help.
I listened to this book and the next day I knocked stuff off my To Do list that had been on there for years! My girlfriend was baffled! I was putting my clothes away and keeping my office nice and neat and no longer leaving stuff laying around! This book was the kick in the butt I needed! I still listen to it 2-3 times a week. I'm doing things for my business that needed to be dealt with that I kept putting off. Its made such a great difference in my life! I'm also sleeping so much better because of these audio books. I love the Sleep Learning System! I can't recommend these books enough! Find the ones that fit your need and start listening TONIGHT!

I hated running growing up. After I got hurt I refused to have anything to do with working out other than riding a bike or swimming. My weight ballooned to 330 lbs. I downloaded this book and listened to it several times. That was 8 weeks ago.
I now spend 3-4 hours a week in the gym, I love every minute of it, I'm even RUNNING on the treadmill, I cant wait to get to the gym, my eating habits have been revamped and I've lost 40 lbs. I couldn't be happier with the results. I know in my heart this book had a lot to do with my success so far.

I got the impression that the author of this book is a staunch Vegan and anything that comes from animals is Taboo. I bought it to understand protein, not get a lecture of how horrible animal food is for you. Very disappointed in this book.

I bought this book to understand how protein works in the body. The problem is, you have to have a medical degree or be a NASA scientist to understand this book. I was incredibly disappointed that the author couldn't take the time to "dumb it down" for people who don't have medical degrees. Plain English would help!

At 51 years old I was tipping the scale at 330lbs. It was getting scary. Doctor told me I was prediabetic and that if I didn't lose weight I wouldn't be around much longer. I had tried Atkins and the cookie diet only to gain the weight back as soon as I got off the diets.
I joined a gym and hired a trainer. The very first day she took my phone and put in an app that kept track of my calories, protein, carbs and fat. She knew what she was talking about but I had no clue. I knew that if I understood what these things did to my body it would be easier to stick to the plan she devised for me. So I searched Audible for a book that would explain all of this stuff.
Thank God I found Cardio Sucks. I listened to this book while I rode my bike. It energized me. Mike breaks down why these things work for your body and what you need to do to lose weight and keep the muscle you have.
The best part is he explained I could still eat the foods I loved as long as I hit the targets my trainer had placed in the app for me. Once I understood HOW protein and carbs and the other macronutrients worked for me, the weight started falling off. I only spend three hours a week in the gym and have dropped from 330 to 290 in eight weeks. The education I received from this book very well could have saved my life! I'm eating "better" now because I don't eat near as much and I keep track of everything I put in my mouth so I know how it will react in my body. For those of you who say, "I don't want to record everything I eat" then I say to you that you don't really want to help yourself. That's the same laziness that helped you put on the extra weight in the first place!
IT REALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE! 40lbs in eight weeks! and I'm eating 2280 calories a day! I'm never hungry!
Please, do yourself a favor and buy this book. Mike does an incredible job teaching you how to get healthier eating the foods you love. Its not a diet to me. Its just a new way of life that gives me the energy I was lacking. It gave me my life back!

I started implementing the lessons taught in this book before I was done listening to it.
Several of those steps elevated my projected business income to increase by $130,000 a year. Can't imagine where we will end up when I implement all of his principals and ideas!!! Worth EVERY penny!!!
