New narrator clearly did his homework and captures the personality and manner of the way Jake speaks perfectly without missing a beat. Very entertaining story and excellent performance. Will definitely get the next book.

Fantastic addition to the series! This book is NOT some meaningless filler book. Instead it artfully and seamlessly weaves new stories into the lore that take place both before and after the events of the last book all the way to and beyond the final book of 2045 Paradigm series. Great Easter eggs abound and an intriguing combined universe story is set up by this book as well.

This is a great book and will make perfect sense to anyone who has been listening to each book in this series. It is entertaining and creative and things will begin to clarify as it unfolds and you will see how it ultimately ties all of the books together as you listen to Kaos, which is book 12 in the series.

Great performance, disappointing story

I have to admit that I was disappointed by this story. Purchased this book to catch up on some of the books in this series I had initially skipped. Turns out the story was written originally by JR under a different name and it feels like it was just dropped into this series after the fact. While this alone is not a problem, after an interesting start, the story does not really seem to go anywhere and then it just ends on a down note in what seems to have been a pointless journey and I Just don’t see how this fits in with the other books (though I am guessing that some explanation will be retconned into the series in a later book). While I have enjoyed other books of the author in this series, I can’t help but feel a little cheated by this one. RC Bray was great as always! Still planning on buying last book in the series though.
