There were also plenty of others, who’d been unable to pull the plug after striking it rich, believing their lucky streak to be a never-ending one.

What a great read! Thoroughly enjoyed it!
To be honest, I wasn’t sure if the book was going to be any good before I started it. So many Westerns fall short, despite the effort.
This book really was great!
It was an easy read, full of adventures and drama, but not complex, allowing me to easily follow along with the story without having to think too much about which characters were which.
This story of Oliver and Mia was enjoyable from start to finish!

So much great action throughout the entire story! The longer I listened to this book, the more I enjoyed it, so much so that once I finished it, I immediately started Book 2 to follow Raven's adventures. As a lover of the viking genre, this one did not let me down. The narrator also did an excellent job - really pulling me into the story. Kudos to the writer and the narrator!

Started off slow and confusing, though hooked me.

The book started off slow and seem to bounce around making it hard for me to track who was who. This was further compounded by the narrator's delivery never changing so that even character sounded the same basically. To be fair, I didn't have a problem with the narrators voice per se, more that it never changed.
To be honest, I almost stopped listening about half way through thinking I didn't want to invest anymore time. I'm glad I didn't, because the 2nd half was great and action packed, and by then I had a clear understanding of who was who.

Completely enjoyed Book 5 in the series! Even after listening to five books in the series, I can’t wait until the next one is released. This book is filled with so much new drama and action that I never felt it was just the same old stuff. Very engaging and exciting!

Seems so real, particularly what’s going on in the world. What an excellent job tell a story of what World War III might look like at the start. Lots of action, a twist and turns throughout. Really enjoyed this one.

So much action in this one I couldn't put it down! The action throughout Book 3 was awesome as the story took me through the challenges and battles they faced. The narration continues to be excellent, making it very easy to feel as if I'm in the story as I was listening to it. Absolutely enjoyed it!

The twists and turns continuing keeping me hooked! Four books in with The Artorian Dynasty series Soldier of Rome and I'm still thoroughly enjoying it! There were many twists and turns in Book 4 that I didn't see coming and have left me excited about getting into Book 5!
