Feels like a Hades Fanfiction
Revisado: 06-21-21
I wanted to like this. I really did. I love Greek mythos and like to believe that Persephone loved Hades. So I was excited. But it's a bit of a let down. There really isn't any sense of love. I even skipped forward to see if it would get better, it's not. It has promise. A young teen might love this. Just too many cliches, not that good of writing, sexual things where they have no place being, and no love in a love story, for my liking.

Couldn't Finish
Revisado: 08-29-20
I barely got through an hour before I gave up. The main female just seems like a ditzy teen. I'm not asking for outsider characters all the time, but how many of us who enjoy books can relate to the most popular kids in school? New kid only fits in with the popular kids because she's hot and the book explains why the siblings HAVE to be super hot. On top of that, you ever come across a sentance that just makes you cringe cause the writing isn't the best? that happened often in the first hour. The voice actress and the little bit of the first voice actor was good. If the story were better they would've added that extra layer of magic audiobooks have. The first voice actor more so. But it pained me to continue. But I can see how a young teen might enjoy this. I might have when I was younger, and I LOVE dragons. I say give it a shot since it's in the new catalog and you're already here. But I can't say I'd recommend it to any of my friends.

Historia
In the highly anticipated finale to the New York Times best-selling trilogy, dictators, prophets, and tensions rise. In a world that’s conquered death, will humanity finally be torn asunder by the immortal beings it created? Citra and Rowan have disappeared. Endura is gone. It seems like nothing stands between Scythe Goddard and absolute dominion over the world scythedom. With the silence of the Thunderhead and the reverberations of the Great Resonance still shaking the earth to its core, the question remains: Is there anyone left who can stop him?

Excellent Addition to the Series
Revisado: 08-12-20
I loved the book but I just want to hand it to the voice actors for doing a very good robot voice. Not like stereotypical robot voice. All his voice acting was very good but it's hard to find a good robot voice.

Historia
Abbi Hope Goldstein is like every other teenager, with a few smallish exceptions: Her famous alter ego, Baby Hope, is the subject of internet memes, she has asthma, and sometimes, people spontaneously burst into tears when they recognize her. Abbi has lived almost her entire life in the shadow of the terrorist attacks of September 11. On that fateful day, she was captured in what became an iconic photograph: In the picture, Abbi (aka "Baby Hope") wears a birthday crown and grasps a red balloon; just behind her, the South Tower of the World Trade Center is collapsing.

Just Another Cliche

I couldn't even finish the book because the cliche was so strong with this one. but if that's your thing I would recommend this.

Decent performance, bad writing
Revisado: 02-19-19
The preformance might be the one thing I liked about this book, but I can't quite tell. The story progresses very quickly, then comes to a sudden crawl, making you wonder if the author just handed it off to another once the action part was done. I wanted to like it. I really did. But the authors writing style leaves much to be desired. It's an interesting premise, and I wish I had just a little more world building. Show us the better parts of folding, make us love it. Make the audience feel anything for that matter. A very lack luster book leaving you feeling, at best Nothing, but mostly disappointed.

Revisado: 09-04-17
Wow. I had a feeling going in that I was going to love it, but its better than I thought. Another amazing performance by Miss Soiler. And the Author touches apon all questions one may have about how the Queen of Hearts got to be so mean. Including how and why the Hatter (or Hatta in this case) went mad. Its wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone who is a fan of Wonderland (or Underland. Which ever you prefer). In fact I already have to a few friends while I was in the middle of this book

But when her sister Kathe is taken by the goblins, Liesl journeys to their realm to rescue her sister and return her to the world above.

Starts off ok
Revisado: 08-10-17
It feels like a chore to finish now. Too much filler. And the female protagonist is pretty dumb. I've found myself yelling at my phone and tablet cause she just makes stupid choices. The author also oversells the fact that the female practicality hates herself. Just an overall had time, would not recommend

Beautifully written and wonderfully performed
Revisado: 04-13-17
I struggled to put this book down. I was listening while I was in the middle of telling my friends how much I loved it. The way the Author waves this tale is quite frankly beautiful. I would've had a hard time putting it down if I had a hard copy. But this voice actress did a beautiful job as well. I highly recommend this to anyone who is into magic and fiction.
