Historia
Larek Holsten is different from most people living in the Kingdom of Androthe, where his seven-foot-tall frame is looked at with suspicion and anger from its shorter residents; but as long as it helps him become the best Logger he can be, he doesn’t let it bother him all that much. He and his best friend, an axe with a powerful Fusion that causes it to become sharper and stronger than a normal tool, are feared by the trees in the magical forest north of his home, as he can fell the quickly growing monoliths faster than anyone else in the community.

Boring. Academy/crafter.

Its not even a good academy book, i found it completely boring. Mc spends his time going through the motions with the occasional monster incursion.

Historia
Extreme sub-zero temperatures suffocate the surface. Frozen structures of bygone eras span across massive ice-wastes. And the survivors closely guard any technology rediscovered within them. The only escape from the deadly climate is beneath the surface, but that doesn't mean it's safe... Monstrous machines lurk in the depths. Unhinged demigods war against them, dying over and over, treating it all like a game. The depths themselves shift over time, more contraption than rock.

Ran into this book years ago didnt think it would be all that interesting, but i was wrong. This book is a great post-apoctalyptic book. Everything is out to kill the mc from the weather to the A.I robots. A Great book, im looking foward to checking more of the series out.

Boring and disappointing.
Revisado: 04-26-25
I've had this book in my whishlist for 10 months and its obvious why. After the last book changed the pace of the series from adventuring to a faction/town builder this book has gotten boring. Even in this book with the battle its just unintereating plot armor bs. Barely any stats in this litrpg. Also i dont know what the speeded up voice character part is for, you can just say their talking fast the sound effects are annoying, and really took me out of listening to it.

Its been a minute but the book and the series is still good. Another problem another mission complete, the story pogressed and characters are older. Theres still a bunch of those old legegendary wizards who whent missing or got banished now im waiting to see how the story really picks up next.

The story starts kinda interesting, its cyberpunk and for a moment i thought it would be magic cyberpunk but it didnt. Once they go through the portal and enter the new world all the leveling is done in a simulator. It could have been better.

Historia
When Kers is reborn as a dungeon core, he finds himself stuck in the most improbable of places: a cloud. High in the sky and far away from the usual solid resources, Kers must face the obvious question: How is a dungeon to build itself without wood or stone? Luckily, Kers has the sarcastic (and sometimes helpful) fairy Selena to help him get his bearings. Together, the pair delight in exploring Kers’ weird existence, creating novel mobs, and enticing adventures to plumb the lofty heights of his floors.

Science into magic book.
Revisado: 04-21-25
Interesting world building. The mc being a scientist with insights in scientific fields who uses antimagic and magic nullification was interesting. For the most part i was looking at how the mc would bring earth's technology into this new world. The story goes from the mc escaping the mages' tower, to him getting into a town/city and he doesn't leave and the story is more politics and social interaction. It left me with a sence of a thriller with him keeping information on earth to himself and slowly revealing some of it. The story really picks up half way into the book, thats when the social interactions really start making sence and the mc's scientific knowlege gets put to use.

Its alright if not for somethings.
Revisado: 04-17-25
For the most part its a great story picking up where it leftoff, but if it werent for the sound effects it would have been perfect. Ive got nothing wrong with the sound effects. I like them but they tended to overpower the voice of the narrator a few times. It wasnt that bad i just had to slow down the speed i was listening at, to understand what was being said multiple times, but that didnt ruin the book, it almost enhanced the mood of it, sometimes. Othertimes it was just too much rumbling. Im kinda worried that soundbooth is doing this to some of the best audio books they narrate.
